REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Urelab, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.

If you experience any issue with your order, our team is always here to help find a solution.


SECTION 1 - RETURN ELIGIBILITY (14 DAYS)

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The return must be approved by our support team before shipping

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.

🔧 Missing or Incomplete Items

If your order arrives with missing or incomplete items, please contact us at

urelab.help@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a free replacement shipment for the missing parts at no additional cost.


SECTION 2 - PRODUCT ISSUES & WARRANTY SUPPORT

If you experience a product quality issue, please contact us at:

We will review your case and provide solutions, which may include troubleshooting, replacement, or return if necessary.

If a technical inspection is required, we may request the item to be sent back for evaluation. In such cases, we will provide the return address based on your location.


SECTION 3 - CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you no longer want the product (not related to quality issues):

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product cost only.


SECTION 4 - RESTOCKING FEE

All approved non-defective returns are subject to a 3% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.


SECTION 5 - RETURN SHIPPING

We are currently unable to provide prepaid return labels.

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping through their local courier or postal service.

Please ensure tracking information is provided after shipment.


SECTION 6 - WRONG ITEM OR VERSION RECEIVED

If you receive an incorrect layout or version:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

  • Include your order tracking number

We will resolve the issue by replacement or other appropriate solution.


SECTION 7 - ORDER CANCELLATION

If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

In such cases, the customer may return the item after delivery following our return policy.


SECTION 8 - REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.


SECTION 9 - FINAL SALE ITEMS

Certain products may be marked as Final Sale or Group Buy items.

These items:

  • Are not eligible for cancellation once production begins

  • May not be eligible for return unless there is a verified quality issue

This will always be clearly stated on the product page.


SECTION 10 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank for processing delays
