OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Urelab.
We aim to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible while ensuring product quality and careful handling.
SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME
For in-stock items, we typically require 3–4 business days to prepare and process your order.
For Group Buy or pre-order products, production and fulfillment may take 2–15 months, depending on the product and manufacturing schedule.
We appreciate your patience as these items are made available in limited batches or production cycles.
SECTION 2 - MIXED ORDERS (IN-STOCK + GROUP BUY)
If your order contains both in-stock items and Group Buy products, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready.
If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been processed and packed, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and local courier conditions.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or unexpected delays.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment status at any time.
SECTION 5 - ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
SECTION 6 - CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Urelab is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
